Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Smashed Chefs.com. We stand behind what we sell. If any product is not satisfactory, please let us know. You can return for credit, refund or replacement. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Our best asset is a satisfied customer. If you are ever unhappy about anything please let us know. We'll do our best to make it right.

Returns may be made only with prior written authorization and must be shipped freight pre-paid. Any claims for replacement or refund must be reported within 24 hours. No merchandise may be returned without authorization from the factory. Purchasers should promptly file all claims for damage delay or lost due to shipping with the carrier at delivery. All damages must be reported upon receipt (within 24 hours). Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipping, handling and gift-wrap charges cannot be refunded.

Also, please note:

• Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at the time of return will be refunded at clearance price.
• Personalized items are not returnable. Since these items have been personalized for you, we are not able to return the item to inventory. We make every effort to personalize your item exactly as you request it. If there is a mistake in your personalization, please email orderinfo@thesmashedchefs.com , or call 636-519-4892 to discuss replacement options.
• All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
• Other restrictions may apply.

When will I get my order?
Our goal is to ship every order within 7 business days. In most cases, we achieve this goal. However, we periodically experience unpredictable surges in demand for our products. When this occurs, we do everything in our power to respond, but delays are sometimes unavoidable.

Handling Charges
A $3.25 handling charge is added to every order to ensure careful packaging.

International Orders
We are willing to ship anywhere. However, our online store does not currently accept international orders. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us to determine shipping costs and carrier. We require a credit card number, phone number and e-mail address at the time you place your order. However, we will not charge your card unless we can find a way to ship that works well for you.

Cancellation
50% cancellation fee will apply to cancellation of confirmed orders.

Back Orders
We hate these as much as you do, but with our unique line of merchandise, they are sometimes unavoidable. When we have a back order, we'll contact you. If we don't supply the back ordered merchandise soon enough to you, just request a prompt refund and/or cancellation.

Custom Orders
Acceptable formats for artwork are jpeg, camera ready. All copy and materials submitted by the customer for use by The Smashed Chefs will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all accepted laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection.

The Smashed Chefs hereby disclaim any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer's copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold The Smashed Chefs harmless to any damages, cost and/or expenses that arise as consequence of the use of said material.
